Deposits. All deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment method selected. UMG88 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 or cryptocurrency equivalent. Players are responsible for ensuring all deposit details are accurate before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered under the same legal name as the UMG88 Account. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. UMG88 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): 5–30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 1–3 business hours; cryptocurrency: 5–15 minutes (subject to network confirmation times). These are target timeframes and not guaranteed processing times.
UMG88 does not accept third-party payments. All funds deposited into an Account must originate from a payment method owned and registered in the Player's name. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering. UMG88 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of financial impropriety, and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms at any time. Players may close their Account voluntarily by contacting support. UMG88 may suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Upon termination initiated by UMG88 for cause, any bonus funds, pending bonus winnings, and accrued promotional credits shall be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding compliance review, which may take up to 28 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UMG88 is licensed and registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
